HF Surface Hardening Reducers

Introduction

ZQA Series of High-Frequency Surface Hardening Cylindrical Gear Reducers are mainly applied to craning, mining, general chemistry, textiling and light industry. Their applicable conditions are as follow:

Gear transmission circle velocity no more than 16m/s;

Wheel speed of high-speed axle no more than 1,500 r.p.m;

Actuating temperature ranging from -40℃ to 45℃;

9 transmission ratios, 9 installing forms and 3 low-speed axle edge types available.
