Taper and Cylinder Gear Reducers

Introduction

Taper and Cylinder Gear Speed Reducer, with input axles and output axles cross-fixed, are mainly used in both of band transmitting machine and general transporting machine. We also can find them as general transmitting mechanism in coal industry, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building material industry, and crude oil industry.

They have high load capacity, low noise, small volume, low weight and high efficiency.

Structure and Lubrication

The first transmission adopts Green Arc Gear, and the second and third one Graduating Line Cylinder Oblique Gear.

Under normal conditions, the gears and bearings are lubricated by oil pool splashed and naturally cooled and rotary lubrication or oil pool lubrication with cooling pipe is used when the actuation balanced temperature of reducers exceeds the expired values or the loading power exceeds the heating power PG1.

Type: D: belt conveyers; B: two-step transmission; C: three-step transmission; Y: carbide-faced gears; Z: high-frequency hardening surface; K: output axles is hollow, .

Nominal Center Diameter: Actual value, with unit mm.

Nominal Transmission Ratio: Actual value.

Installing Form: Use Roman Number: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ.

Input Axle Rotation Directions: S: clockwise, N: anticlockwise when watching from input axle direction.
