Description

The line has two functions: firstly, it is to update/improve one lower natural rubber grade to higher grade. For example, SVR5 is higher than SVR10, and SVR10 higher than SVR20. When you want to manufacture SVR10, you can use SVR20, mixing with SVR 5 at a certain rate to have SVR10 as finished products. Secondly, when you want to produce compound rubber, put natural rubber + black coal + acid acetic Zn ….. at certain rate (due to your formulas) in Dry Prebreaker and finished product is as your request.

Composition

Cutting Machine, Dry Prebreaker or Compound Rubber Extruding Machine, Post-Processing Cooling Conveyer, Metal detector and Auto Hydraulic Packaging Machine.
