Introduction
The devlcanizer adopts a new technology of devulcanizition. Compared with traditional devulcanizing equipment, it is advanced in the following points. (1)The reclaim powder is unnecessary to be ground so fine and the devulcanizing time is shortened; (2) Plastifiers, reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer; (3) No polluted water will be let out during the devulcanization; (4) Reclaim rubber with better quality can be produced; (5) It is automatized to open and lock devulcanizing vessel during processing.
The devulcanizer is a horizontal vessel with mixing paddles fixed in it. The mixing shaft with paddles can rotate clockwise and anti-clockwise. The left and right rotating paddles push the material in the vessel moving along the shaft to be well mixed and equally heated.
The devulcanizer adopts hydraulic system to open, close and lock up the feeding door and discharging door.
Usage
Be applicable for devulcanizing and reclaiming scrap rubber.
