Usage

The machine is mainly used for manufacturing annular procure tread with steel wire belt.

 

Characteristics

1. Inner and outer chambers make sure steam or oil heating equally on tread rubber to shorten the curing time, approximately 25 minutes per cycle.

 

2. Eight cylinders around tread rubber. Pressure reaches 50 kg/cm² to have a much more better wear-proof and puncture characteristic than usual tread rubber.

 

3. Inner chamber is diametrically movable and has a mechanical locking unit, not only easy put in /out tread rubber but also make sure safety during curing.

 

4. Vertical model with a movable core mold not only is easy to put in/out tread rubber, but also keeps steel wires from distortion.

 

5. Tread rubber is with steel wires inside so as to be suitable for more kinds of tire casings.
