The machine is used to buff the tread of tires.

 

Characteristics

4. More than 1,000 buffing programs can be stored in memory.

8. Encoder device is adopted to measure and control the tire girth during buffing.

OTR Buffing Machine

Usage

The machine is used to inflate OTR tires with air and then copy-grind them.

 

Characteristics

1. Cutting first and then buffing. Improve productive and energy efficiency.

2. Variable speed motor and reducer are adopted and the speed range is from 2.5r/min to 25r/min.

3. A cup-shaped cutter is adopt to cut tires before rasping. This measure not only increases productive efficiency, but also expands service life of blade.

4. Templates with different curves to make desirable tread surface.
