Usage

The machine is used for manufacturing of trip procure tread.

 

Characteristics

1. Duplex-pump with charging valves are adopted for quick opening and closing to realize high working efficiency.

 

2. In order to improve safety, feather valves plus oil-overflow valves are adopted for lower pressure control and electronic pressure gauges plus oil-overflow valves for higher pressure control.

 

3. PLC with relays are adopted to conduct an auto control on curing temperature, curing time, exhaust and pressure keeping, etc to avoid operator’s misplay in order to manufacturing better quality tread.

 

4. Curing pressure reaches 60 50 50 kg/cm² and improve tread appearance and wear-proof ability greatly.

 

5. Tread moves back and forth during polishing. Driven by electricity and compressed air, PLC control. The tread packing system can be added and the machine frame length can be extended upon customer’s requirement.
