Usage

This machine is used for tire inspection before and after retreading by low and high air pressure.

Characteristics

1. Tire is rotated by a variable speed reducer to be easy controlled between 1.9-10 r/min.

2. Observe the tire all around through video monitor.

3. Inflation pressure reaches 12 kg/cm² and find out the bad tires in order to guarantee the quality.

4. Reliable computer control, easy to write, record and print tire size, serial number, inflation curve and inspection data.

5. Compressed air door closing unit makes sure operator safety.

6. A mini printer can print all the inspection data onto a paste tab which will be then stick on tires.
